Counting All Students Public Report Now Available

Reports and data in the Counting All Students (CAS) Report on the Data Reports and Analytics webpage of the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) website are available to the public. There is a user guide available. This document provides information on the report format and content, accessing the report, descriptions of the data provided, and questions to consider when exploring the data. The CAS report includes multiple options for looking at the data, so it is important to review the user guide and all information on the site to best understand what is included in each report option. Contact mde.cas@state.mn.us if you have questions regarding the report.

Release dates for the Counting All Students Report are below:

  • August 29, 2019 was the public release of the final 2019 data in the Data Center.
  • August 20, 2020 was the public release of the final 2020 data in the Data Center.

If you have any further questions or comments, please direct them to the Counting All Students implementation staff: mde.cas@state.mn.us.
