Special Bulletin – Early Claim Processing the week of February 10, 2020

One of MDE’s financial systems will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance next week. To keep up with our scheduled run of payments, all claims must be entered by 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13.

February 28 payments and forward will continue the regular Friday submission deadline.

Please note that while the financial system is down, CLiCS will still be available but if you miss the February 13, 12 p.m. deadline, we will not be able to make any special payment accommodations and your payment will be paid in the next cycle.
