Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Aid Entitlement Reports on Minnesota Funding Reports

For Pay 2020, the Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Interim Aid Entitlement Reports posted to the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) website are now obsolete. The spreadsheet reports have been replaced by mainframe common business-oriented language (COBOL) reports posted to the MDE website on the Minnesota Funding Reports (MFR) webpage. From the MDE homepage, select Data Center > Data Reports and Analytics. Scroll down to School Finance Reports, then click Minnesota Funding Reports (MFR). Choose Category: Aid Entitlement Reports, choose the appropriate year and Report: Long-Term Facilities Maintenance. Reports available include:

  • FY 16-17 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance: (Fiscal Year (FY) 2017) Final report
  • FY 17-18 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance: (FY 18) Final report
  • FY 18-19 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance: (FY 19) Preliminary report before Uniform Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards (UFARS) reconciliation
  • FY 19-20 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance: (FY 20) Initial report. Includes only pupil and age changes since certification.

The FY 2018, 2019, and 2020 reports are tied to the LTFM adjustments in the Pay 2020 Levy Limitation and Certification reports.
