Food Distribution Fall Survey (Due: September 17, 2018)

The food distribution fall surveys are open now until September 17, 2018. School Food Authorities with remaining SY19 entitlement funds can survey for Regular USDA foods, Net Off Invoice (NOI), Fee for Service (FFS), and Department of Defense Fresh Produce (DoD). Items ordered from this survey will begin arriving between late October and early November.

Access the fall survey in the Cyber-Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS):

Log in to CLiCS 1 via the CLiCS Welcome Page.
Select the “Food Distribution+” menu.
Select the “Survey Mgmt” sub-menu.
Select the tab labeled “Commodity Survey” for the following distribution channels: Regular USDA Foods, DoD Fresh Survey, Fee for Service and Net Off Invoice (if applicable).
In “Search Criteria,” enter 2019 for the year.
Select “Search.”

Sponsor entitlements are adjusted to account for commodity items not ordered from last spring’s survey. Sponsors with a negative entitlement balance will not be able to participate in the fall surveys.
