Stakeholder Meetings

Thursday, June 21 the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) hosted a stakeholder update meeting.  During this meeting, MDE provided an update of activities related to efforts to implement Counting all Students.

Monday, July 9 and Monday, July 16 MDE hosted stakeholder feedback sessions. During these meetings, MDE was seeking stakeholder feedback in order to further refine the sample detailed demographics collection form, parent letter, and frequently asked questions documents. The feedback gathered during these sessions will inform the revisions to the documents to be used during the 2019-2020 school year statewide implementation.

Thank you to all those that attended these stakeholder meetings.

Forms Finalized

The sample detailed demographics collection form, parent letter, and frequently asked questions are in the process of being posted, including translations.  These forms will be provided to the five partner districts for use during the 2018-2019 school year.

If you would like to provide feedback on these forms to inform the documents used during the 2019-2020 school year but were not able to attend one of the July stakeholder feedback meetings please contact mde.cas@state.mn.us
