Bobo’s Issues Allergy Alert

October 27, 2021 - Bobo’s is issuing a voluntary recall of Bobo’s 4-Pack Almond Butter Protein Bars because they may contain undeclared peanuts. The 4-Pack Almond Butter Protein Bars were distributed through select Target stores nationwide. The product can be identified by the 4-pack Multipack UPC:8-29262-00326-6, the individual bar UPC:8-29262-00201-6, the Master Case UPC:8-29262-00370-9, and lot code found on a stamp on the back of the bar: 1H18403L, Best By 5/15/2022. The bars are 2.2oz and were sold in a 4-pack.

MaryRuth's Issues Recall 

October 29, 2021 - MaryRuth's is voluntarily recalling two lots of its liquid probiotic for infants (1oz) due to the possibility of contamination by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This recall only affects two lots of the product, Lot #100420218 and Lot #100520218, UPC barcode number 856645008587. Lot numbers are located on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the outer container in which the product is sold. This product is distributed nationwide through Target, Amazon, and direct sales from the company’s website.

FSIS Issues Public Health Alert for Salame Stick

October 29, 2021 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert because Euro Foods produced ready-to-eat (RTE) Italian-style salame stick products that may be contaminated with Salmonella

The Italian-style salame stick items were produced prior to October 25, 2021. The products subject to the public health alert bear establishment number “EST. 4010” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide and exported to Bermuda.
