Good morning,
MNIT is continuing its development of a plan for an eventual return to the worksite with consideration of your needs and interests. We need your input.
It is important to clarify, however, that employees who are teleworking and are not required to return to the workplace can expect to continue teleworking through the summer, and perhaps longer. Any large-scale return to the workplace will be managed with a phased approach with ample time for employees to prepare to return.
We are requesting your participation to gather feedback to help us further develop MNIT’s COVID-19 Workplace Plan. The information collected will also help make changes and improvements for our agency in general, with an eye towards adjusting when, how, and where our work gets done, whether we are in the workplace, or continuing to work remotely.
Fill in form to provide your feedback by end of day June 18, 2020.
Your responses are also an opportunity for you to tell us how working remotely is going for you. If you have unmet needs, or things that aren’t going well, we want to know so we can address them right away. If things are going well, we can share your lessons learned with other teams across MNIT.
Your participation is needed and appreciated!
Sincerely,
Members of the MNIT Return to Work Task Force
