2024 Single Family RFP Updates
An error in the Single Family RFP Application Instructions has been corrected and a revised version dated April 26, 2024 is now available on the Impact Fund webpage. The correction is to the Affordability Gap and Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Loan Structure grids located on pages 5 and 6.
The grids in the Revised RFP now align with the previous eNews release that shared updated Affordability Gap and Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation loan options as follows:

The loan terms and maximum loan amounts were corrected and an additional line of information providing the maximum loan amount forgiven per year has been added.

Single Family RFP Information Session
Register to attend the Single Family RFP Information Session on Tuesday, April 30 at 1:30 p.m. Central time. The session will cover general Impact Fund program information, eligible activities, an overview of application materials, scoring and selections, and more. There will be an opportunity to ask questions. A recording of the training will be posted on the website when available.
