Engagement Opportunities for Qualified Allocation Plan and Consolidated Request for Proposals Funding Priorities
In Minnesota Housing’s November 16, 2021 eNews, we shared our anticipated development timeline and engagement opportunities for the 2024-2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and 2023-2024 Consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP) funding priorities. Please join us at an upcoming session to learn more and share feedback.
Minnesota Housing will offer a general information session open to all partners, cities and industry professionals throughout the state where we will share our policy ideas for the next QAP iteration. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to Minnesota Housing staff.

Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) and Minnesota Housing are partnering to offer virtual forums with regional focuses. The December forums have been rescheduled to later dates. We will send an eNews with updated information in the coming weeks.

REMINDER: 4% Housing Tax Credits with Private Activity Bonds (4% Only) Application Process and Webinar
Minnesota Housing is accepting pre-applications for an allocation of 2022 4% Only Housing Tax Credits (HTC) for projects expected to be financed with tax-exempt volume limited bonding authority from Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB). Read our October 20, 2021 eNews to learn more.

There is still time for developers, bond counsel, financial advisors, local government staff and others who work with developers on applications for private activity bonds and intend to apply to Minnesota Housing for 4% Only HTC to register to attend an informational training session. This training will provide information on Minnesota Housing’s review process and an overview of requirements of the 2022-2023 HTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and new Tenant Selection Plan Guidelines.
