 Minnesota Housing Loan Commitment System Critical Updates
Minnesota Housing's Loan Commitment System is undergoing significant updates on Monday, October 11. You will not have access to the system starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 8. Access will be restored by 10 a.m. on October 11.
Updates include:
- Migration off Silverlight
- Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
- Screen Redesign

RESOLVED: Intermittent Closed Loan Package Upload Issues
The recent issues with uploading a closed loan package in Minnesota Housing's loan commitment system have been resolved. Please make sure you are uploading the closed loan file in the commitment system within 48 hours of True & Certifying the loan.
