Fix Up Rate Review & Adjustment

As a reminder, Fix Up rates are reviewed and adjusted on the first date of the quarter in January, April, July, and October. The next rate review and adjustment takes place on Friday, October 1. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline if you want the current rate.

Join us for monthly check-in webinars where we focus on answering lender questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics.

When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Please click here to register.
