What you need to know Wednesday, April 22 at the Minnesota House of Representatives
A pair of committees are set to meet Monday in the House.
The House Taxes Committee is first up at 10:15 a.m. with a slate of local sales tax requests on its docket. At 1 p.m., the House Ways and Means Committee has seven bills on its agenda, including one to provide $1.9 million in funding for Greater Minnesota public television stations.
Later in the day, the House will convene on the floor at 4 p.m. The session is expected to be brief; there are no bills on the Calendar for the Day. It's a different story Thursday, when 13 bills are lined up for action.
