Will I get a new member ID card?
Yes. Your new card will carry the Advantage logo in addition to the PreferredOne name. It will also state the first three office visits per year per covered member are free. Make sure to show your new member ID card to your provider’s office when you check in for your appointment.
Does my pharmacy benefit change if I join Advantage?
No. The pharmacy benefit is the same whether you are enrolled in Advantage or the Standard plan.
I am going to enroll in Advantage. I currently see a physician who is not part of the network. How can I get my records transferred?
Your new clinic can assist you with the transfer of your medical records. Or call the concierge phone line of your Advantage option. For Fairview/North Memorial/HealthEast, you can call 763-847-4477. For HealthPartners/Park Nicollet, you can call 952-967-7108.
