New County Recorder and Plat filing process

Hello,
Thank you for subscribing to our Plat Checking Egovdelivery notification. There are two changes we would like to share with you, a new County Recorder/Registrar of Titles has been hired to replace Micheal Cunniff. If you have any unfiled Plats or Registered Land Surveys you can make this change to those as well as any templates you may use.
We also have a new Plat/RLS/CIC filing process with fewer office visits.
