More About the Operations Manuals
These operations manuals provide guidance and direction for the day-to-day operation, management, oversight, and evaluation of Hennepin CoC’s coordinated entry approach.
The manuals are updated and revised by Hennepin County’s Office to End Homelessness, in conjunction with the CES Leadership committees, on an ongoing basis as the actual application and practical experience of CES design principles are refined and improved.
More about the Script
The team at C4 Innovations worked with Coordinated Entry leadership committees, assessors, providers, and people with lived experiences of homelessness to create a script.
The script is designed to center client choice, support assessors and clients as they go through the assessment process, and help clients get into housing faster.
