$10,000 advance now available with SBA disaster loans

As part of the Federal CARES Act, Small businesses can now apply for an advance of up to $10,000 on federal Economic Injury Disaster Loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration. 

Visit www.SBA.gov/Disaster to apply now.

  • A new application needs to be submitted, even if you have previously applied for EIDL assistance through the SBA.
  • This advance may be available even if your application was initially declined or is still pending.
  • Applying for the advance will not impact the status or slow your existing application.

The federal CARES Act was signed into law on March 27, 2020, to provide emergency assistance for small business owners and non-profits. Learn more at home.treasury.gov/cares.

New CARES Act funding: Paycheck Protection Program

The federal Paycheck Protection Program is a low-interest loan program designed to help small businesses keep their workforce employed.

Learn more and apply at SBA.gov/coronavirus

This new loan program will be available retroactive from February 15, 2020, so employers can rehire recently laid-off employees through June 30, 2020.

 

DEED launches new guide for businesses in need
