County Road 101 in Corcoran, Maple Grove, Medina and Plymouth
Work began today
Today, May 6, crews began repaving Brockton Lane North/County Road 101 North between Highway 55 and 68th Avenue North.
This work is done in stages. First, we ground away, or mill, the existing pavement. Then, we pave, or overlay, a new layer of pavement. Finally, we add new striping and pavement markings.
Due to the nature of this work and the weather, the exact start and finish dates may vary. Weather permitting, this repaving work is expected to be completed in roughly two to three weeks.
Repaving to impact traffic – expect delays and temporary closures
The majority of the work will be completed under traffic. This means people can continue to use the road. Additionally, there may be short term closures. You should expect delays and day-to-day traffic configuration changes when traveling through the area.
Flaggers may also be on site to help guide people driving on Brockton Lane North/County Road 101.
Staying safe
For your safety and the safety of our crews, we ask that you obey all posted speed limits and slow down where crews are working.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue project work in this area.
