Witness community conversation about racial disparities and homelessness

The community will kick off an initiative on Tuesday, November 27, to address racial disparities among people experiencing homelessness.

Across the nation and locally, people of color are disproportionately more likely to experience homelessness. Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis are joining a national initiative, called Supporting Partnerships for Anti-Racist Communities, to examine root causes of these disparities. The Center for Social Innovation, a social justice organization, is organizing this initiative.
