Sunny salutations Office of Equity, Opportunity, and Accessibility network,
July was filled with powerful conversations, community events, and behind-the-scenes planning that reminded me how committed we are—collectively—to building a Minnesota where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Whether we were connecting with agency partners, elevating local voices, or showing up in community spaces, one thing was clear: the work is happening every day.
I’m especially proud of the groundwork we’ve been laying for upcoming initiatives designed to deepen our engagement and move us from intention to action. We’ve also been listening—really listening—to what people are asking for: transparency, connection, and real access to opportunity. That feedback is shaping everything we do. To the staff across state agencies, community partners we collaborate with, and the advocates pushing for change—thank you. Your care and commitment energize me daily and represent the heartbeat One Minnesota.
As we move into August, we’ll continue leaning into our key objectives of amplifying community priorities and advancing systems change with clarity, purpose, and heart. Let’s stay grounded, collaborative, and pushing forward—together.
