On March 18th, we held our most recent Mind, Body, and Soul Convening: It all adds up: Community helping shape the Cumulative Impacts and Air Toxics Rulemaking process which gave an insightful look into the rulemaking process from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Some key insights from attendees were:
- Many neighborhoods lack green spaces, and more should be done to support them.
- People should learn more about the rulemaking process for environmental regulation and should share that information with their community.
- Young people need to get involved more with the MPCA and the rulemaking process.
You can find out more about the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on their website and you can sign up for their newsletter here.

CEO's Corner
A quarter into 2025, and we find ourselves navigating more questions than answers. During these past 3 months, I have the privilege of bearing witness to the abundance of love for community in our state, and the brilliance and innovation that persists despite challenges and uncertainty. This season reminds us it is crucial to stand together on shared values, leverage resources to serve neighbors to the best of our ability, and lean into opportunities to adapt and adjust.
Transformative relationships with community and government are necessary to ensure everyone thrives, I look forward to the opportunity to amplify and bolster statewide efforts to make space for community voice and influence systems change.
