The planning stages as of the last month or so have been pretty quiet. All vendors and such are in place with deposits made! We really feel ahead of the game, which is great!

The biggest thing in the coming months will be fundraising- that will be key to this party’s success! We have something planned just about every month from now until the party. So please continue to spread the word on our fundraisers- not all of them may be for you, but they could be for someone you know! The Butter Braids and Cub bagging fundraisers were awesome- very successful! So thank you to everyone who helped out with those! Next up on the fundraising table is our Silent Auction/Raffle hosted by Green Mill in Blaine. This event will be held on Friday, February 8th from 5-9pm. Open to the public, so tell everyone you know! We are still looking for donations for this event, so if you have anything or a basket that you’d like to donate (even just filler items), we’d greatly appreciated it! Please email us to set up a time for delivery. So far, the donation have been great, definitely items that you’d want to stop in, take a look at and bid on! Just to name a few things that will be there: 31 products, Avon, Ski lift tickets, Pampered Chef, Bloody Mary baskets, Wine baskets, SNAP fitness bundles, Sports memorabilia, Plexus, and the list goes on. So you won’t want to miss this!

More registration forms have been left in the East office and registration online is still available at

Ticket prices will increase again on March 1st.

Lastly, we’re calling parents of juniors! You’re child will be a senior before you know it, and their SANP will need to be planned. So it is never to early to jump on board and get a feel for what we’ve got going on so you’re not feeling totally overwhelmed when the planning process starts! In conclusion, we’re looking for Co-chairs for the 2020 Senior All Night Party!

As always, email us at with any questions, comments or concerns and to make sure you’re on the mailing list!
