Message from the Principal....

Dear Centerville Families,

I want to wish you all a safe and fun filled holiday break.  There will be many celebrations and fun family gatherings during this time.  I also realize that family dynamics and missed loved ones can cause stressful times for many families.  Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones.  Centerville ended the week with an all-school sing-a-long in the gym for students and staff.  This music truly puts everyone in the Christmas spirit.

Enjoy time with family and friends - Happy Holidays and New Year!

Wayne Whitwam

Centerville Elementary Principal

2nd Grade Pajama Collection

Second Grade collected pajamas the last couple of weeks for Scholastic's Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive.  Scholastic will collect our donation and match up a book with each pair of pajamas before giving them to at-risk children.  The second graders' goal was to bring in 45 pair of pajamas.  We celebrated our collection of 126 pair of pajamas by having a Pajama Day last Friday.  Thank you to all the families that donated pajamas!
