Metro - East 7th Street & Arcade Street in St. Paul: 2025-2026 construction
MnDOT invites you to review and provide comments on the proposed design layouts for East 7th St. and Arcade St. between I-94 in St. Paul and Roselawn Ave. in Maplewood. Share your input on the proposed design layouts by visiting the project webpage and submit your comments on an online survey.
You can also join us at a public meeting to get project updates, view the proposed design layouts, talk with project staff and share your feedback.

MnDOT is improving safety for all users along East 7th St. and Arcade St. between I-94 in St. Paul and Roselawn Ave. in Maplewood. Design and engineering are underway, and construction is anticipated to begin in fall 2024.
