In our last email update, we mentioned there were going to be some daytime closures of northbound I-35W. We have since changed our schedule and we’ll now be completing the work overnight.
On Mon, March 30 and Tue, March 31, northbound I-35W will be reduced to two lanes between 42 St. and 40 St. from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. both nights.
Beginning Wed, April 1 through Fri, April 3, northbound I-35W between 42 St. and 40 St. will be:
- Reduced to two lanes from 8-10 p.m. each night
- Reduced to a single lane from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night
Following guidance from state health officials and to prevent further spread of COVID-19, MnDOT crews will maintain social distancing practices while working. The project team is closely monitoring updates and will be continuing construction unless otherwise advised.
