Located in the far northwest corner of Minnesota, Lake Bronson State Park provides an oasis within the expansive prairie. Here the Two Rivers were dammed to create a reservoir that allows visitors opportunities for fishing, boating and swimming. The park provides rental boats, motors, canoes and kayaks. As part of the Minnesota State Parks and Trails "I Can!" series, many sites offer I Can Paddle! programs to introduce families to water recreation such as canoeing and kayaking. These programs are designed especially for first-time paddlers, no experience necessary, and take place on both lakes and rivers within state parks and along state water trails.
