Greetings Campus partners,
As you may already know, the Department of Labor and Industry has recently released some exciting updates to qualified rehabilitation consultant (QRC) functions in Work Comp Campus. These enhancements include a more simplified process for submitting a change of employment and better automation to lessen the need for manual QRC profile and account updates when a QRC or QRC intern changes employers.
To help introduce users to the new process, we have created a walkthrough video to demonstrate how users will now submit a change of employment in Campus and what they can expect after the form is submitted. You can view the video by tapping the play icon in the image below.
