Program successfully provides nearly one million payments within two weeks

Nearly one million payments of $487.45 have been successfully sent to eligible Frontline Worker Pay applicants less than two weeks after the final determination of the payment amount was announced -- and within only about five months of the program being signed into law by Gov. Tim Walz.

Email notification will be sent Monday, Oct. 17, to eligible applicants whose initial payment attempt failed due to erroneous payment information in their application (banking information, address information, etc.). Those who are notified will have until Friday, Oct. 21, at 5 p.m. (CT), to update the indicated payment information before a second payment attempt will be made.
