Email account for Ekdahl/Hartwig submissions

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) has established an email account for submission of documents pertaining to assessment relief only for Ekdahl/Hartwig claims pursuant to Minnesota Statutues 176.1292.

It is important for both insurers and DLI to receive this information timely and accurately. The email account will ensure DLI receives the information and it is routed to the appropriate staff members for review. The email account will close May 20.
