Changes for paper copy requests of workers' compensation documents, data
As of Monday, Nov. 22, the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) will no longer print documents for individuals who can get access to Workers' Compensation Division file documents in Work Comp Campus by obtaining proper permission (for example, with a Notice of Appearance, Notice of Representation or signed authorization).
To view documents, transactions in Campus
To view all documents and electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions retained in Campus for an injury, a Campus user with access should review:
- the "Documents" tab of the claim;
- all dispute (DS) and rehabilitation (RT) files associated with the claim (the "Related Cases and Claims" tab) and the "Documents" tab for each of those DS and RT files; and
- the "Reporting History" tab of the claim that contains a record of all EDI submissions, some of which generate separate printable forms that go to the "Documents" tab.
Currently, when DLI receives a request for a paper copy of a workers' compensation file, only the documents from the "Documents" tab are printed. Stakeholders with access to a claims in Campus may view, download or print needed documents.
