New phone numbers for ADR mediators, arbitrators as of Sept. 7
The Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI's) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) unit is currently using a hybrid workplace model for mediators and arbitrators that combines remote work with on-site work at its St. Paul office.
As we continue to adjust to this hybrid model, we want our stakeholders to have reliable access to staff members no matter matter where that staff member is working. To best serve our stakeholders, a new telephone platform that integrates more effectively with our hybrid work environment -- but requires new phone numbers for our mediators and arbitrators -- begins Sept. 7. Direct-dial phone numbers for ADR personnel will officially migrate to this new platform and previous phone numbers will be discontinued. (Only telephone numbers have been updated; all email addresses remain unchanged.)
