Claim reimbursements being issued
The Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI's) Special Compensation Fund (SCF) has begun issuing annual claim reimbursements to insurers and self-insurers. Claims are being processed in the order of date received. The payments are being processed manually through the state's accounting system, SWIFT, and are not being issued through DLI's Work Comp Campus. Stakeholders will not receive notifications in Campus of annual claims being processed. SCF will continue this process until all Campus functionality is fully developed for payment processing.

Email account for Ekdahl/Hartwig submissions
DLI has established an email account for submission of documents pertaining to assessment relief only for Ekdahl/Hartwig claims pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 176.1292. It is important for both insurers and DLI to receive this information timely and accurately. The email account will ensure DLI receives the information and it is routed to the appropriate staff members for review. This email account will close May 15. The address is ekdahl.hartwig.submissions.dli@state.mn.us.
