Preferred method for sending encrypted email
Use Microsoft 365
When sending encrypted email to the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), the method preferred by DLI is Microsoft 365. The use of this tool will ensure DLI will be able to open your email messages and attachments. Use of a different encryption tool may hinder and even prevent DLI from being able to open your email messages and attachments.
Without Microsoft 365
If you do not have Microsoft 365, there is a process available where you can access that tool for encryption purposes.
