What to do if authorization is blocked in Campus
When trying to upload documents to some claims in Work Comp Campus, external users are receiving the message "You are not authorized to access this page."
It appears this could be related to a company's networking restrictions and how the company has its firewalls and permissions set up.
If you are unable to upload files to Campus, contact your internal IT department to see if it has restricted uploads from your network. Some companies implement such limitations to prevent unauthorized data transfers and protect private information. If there are such restrictions in place, request they open outbound traffic to the following address: campus.dli.mn.gov / 13.107.246.13 on port 443.
