Work Comp Campus news

Commissioner's message

To our valued partners and stakeholders,

Thank you for your partnership and the resources you are dedicating to the transition to Work Comp Campus. DLI recognizes the transition continues to be a challenge and, while most elements of Campus are running smoothly, we understand there are areas we need to address.

Our staff members are listening to your feedback, tracking issue areas, working as quickly as possible to answer your questions and assist you as we all learn the Campus system. Some issues may take longer than anticipated, but we will work together to stabilize Campus and our business operations.

Based on your feedback, DLI is expanding stakeholder-specific answer hours; updating Campus Central webpage with weekly news content and release notes (list of issues and status updates); and adding more subject matter experts to reduce response times from Workers’ Compensation Division Help Desk staff.

The move to a modernized information technology system during a pandemic is a huge lift and I appreciate your patience and dedication to this process.

Roslyn Robertson
Temporary Commissioner

About Campus Answer Hours

Campus Answer Hours are scheduled virtual question and answer sessions about Work Comp Campus, DLI's new workers' compensation claims portal. Campus Answer Hour sessions provide opportunities for you to ask questions and get information about Campus.

How to get help

If you have questions or need more information, contact the Workers' Compensation Division Help Desk at, 651-284-5005 (press 3) or 800-342-5354 (press 3). Live support is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Help Desk team is available to answer basic questions related to Campus and route more complex questions to subject matter experts. Due to a large volume of inquiries, the subject matter experts may require additional time to answer questions, resolve issues and get back to customers.

Staff members can also provide information about future Campus events and helpful resources on DLI’s website.
