Missing QRC files in Work Comp Campus
Thank you to all the qualified rehabilitation consultants (QRCs) and QRC firms who responded to the Workers' Compensation Modernization Program (WCMP) data survey in November. We received more than 6,000 rehabilitation files with data to be input into Work Comp Campus.
Unfortunately, 2,000 of those files had incomplete information, such as missing worker identification (WID) numbers, so the files could not be located. For instance, there are many Carlsons and Johnsons in Minnesota. That list has been narrowed down to 850 rehabilitation files (or approximately 170 QRCs). There were also QRCs who did not return to the survey, so we are missing their files.
QRCs with incomplete file information will be contacted
QRCs with incomplete file information will be contacted regarding specific rehabilitation files, so you don't have to completely redo the survey. There is a spreadsheet at the top of the Campus for vocational rehabilitation providers webpage to download, complete and send as a spreadsheet (not a PDF file) via encrypted email to Mike Hill at mike.hill@state.mn.us.
All Workers' Compensation Division Help Desk requests regarding missing rehabilitation files should be stopped now until you have been contacted.
QRCs who failed to return the survey or forgot to list some rehabilitation files
QRCs who failed to return the survey or forgot to list some of their rehabilitation files, this is your opportunity to send the file information. Go to the Campus for vocational rehabilitation providers webpage to download the spreadsheet, then complete and send the spreadsheet (not a PDF file) via encrypted email to Mike Hill at mike.hill@state.mn.us.
