QRC case-information update
We are following up on the survey sent yesterday to qualified rehabilitation consultants (QRCs) requesting information about your existing case information. We determined that survey tool was not the right tool to use to gather the data we were requesting.
We will need to collect this information by 12 p.m. CST, Wednesday, Nov. 18.
During the transition to Work Comp Campus, we discovered an issue in the data loaded from the Department of Labor and Industry’s (DLI’s) legacy system. Providing this information will enable us to allow QRC providers to make appropriate filings in Campus.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As noted in our previous communication, we will provide several updates weekly as outstanding issues are resolved. We are also planning to provide additional training when you can access your cases in Campus.
There is a Campus Answer Hour for Rehabilitation Providers today, Friday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m. CST, and we will continue to meet with you weekly or twice a week through this transition period.
