Join us in National Harbor, Maryland/Washington D.C.

We invite you or your labor designee to attend the National Association of Government Labor Officials (NAGLO) annual conference July 19-23, 2020, at the AC Hotel in National Harbor, Maryland.

NAGLO is excited to host its four-day conference for labor officials nationwide to connect and share effective strategies surrounding labor enforcement, outreach and education.

As a NAGLO Conference attendee, you will:

  • support efforts to grow a labor-compliant business community;
  • engage in discussions about labor enforcement best practices;
  • learn about new legislation from state and national labor officials;
  • participate in fun NAGLO conference traditions; and,
  • explore Maryland and the nation’s capital.

We hope you can join us in Maryland in July 2020.

This year's conference will be hosted by both the Maryland Department of Labor and the D.C. Department of Employment Services.

Contact Anna Hui, NAGLO president, Matt Helminiak in Maryland, or Michael Watts in D.C. for more information.

About NAGLO

NAGLO is a bi-partisan association of the commissioners, directors, and secretaries of labor for each state and territory of the United States.

One of NAGLO's main goals is to open lines of communication across state lines to provide the state labor commissioners with the opportunity to meet and speak with their peers across the country.

NAGLO also represents the states at the federal level through working with the federal Department of Labor on various labor policy issues that would have an impact on state labor regulations or laws.

NAGLO is composed of leaders from every state and territory of the United States responsible for overseeing various laws surrounding the workplace.
