Instructions for COVID-19 changes to EIDBI policy and services

In a May 4, 2020, eList, DHS announced temporary changes to EIDBI policy and services for:

  • Telemedicine
  • Coordinated care conferences
  • Individual treatment plans (ITPs).

We published DHS Bulletin #20-48-02 (PDF) to provide instructions for EIDBI providers. Providers should follow these instructions for the duration of the COVID-19 peacetime emergency. These modifications will allow children who receive services and providers to follow public health guidance for social distancing.
