WANTED: Award nominations

Sometimes we are lucky enough to know someone who goes above and beyond to truly make a difference in the lives of older adults and people with disabilities.

WHO CAN BE NOMINATED

Any person or organization who you believe brings possibilities to life for older adults and persons with disabilities by:

  • Empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and make positive changes
  • Advancing equity for communities experiencing inequities
  • Implementing innovative ideas and practices
  • Collaborating and educating to inspire their communities

You may nominate more than one person or organization.

HOW TO NOMINATE

  1. Review the call for awards information and list of past award recipients
  2. Complete the Odyssey Call for Awards Submission Form, and
  3. Submit your nomination online before midnight Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

REMINDER: Call for sessions due March 4

Conference organizers are particularly interested in sessions that bring possibilities to life by advancing equity for communities experiencing inequities such as communities of color, American Indians, veterans, LGBT, persons with disabilities and those living in rural areas

Plan to be a part of this forum that brings together trusted sources on aging and disability services to educate, inspire, connect and celebrate. Submit your session proposal today.
