WANTED: Odyssey Conference Award Nominations
On June 22, the sponsors of the 2017 Odyssey Conference will recognize outstanding organizations and exceptional people who have made significant differences in the lives of older adults and persons with disabilities.
WHO CAN BE NOMINATED
Any organization or
person whom you:

Would like to see honored or recognized for their outstanding achievements

Believe has made significant contributions to the aging or disability community or both
-
Would like to see recognized for their exceptional accomplishments
-
Believe has a passion for promoting and improving quality of life for older adults and people with disabilities through person-centered practices
You may nominate more than one individual or organization.
HOW TO NOMINATE
It's simple! Complete the online 2017 Odyssey awards nomination form.
Nominations are due by midnight CST on Thursday, March 16, 2017.
