2017 Call for Sessions now available!

The 2017 Age & Disabilities Odyssey seeks original, thought-provoking sessions on a variety of topics related to supporting older adults and persons with disabilities. All sessions should provide knowledge that attendees can easily relate to and put into action.

Proposed conference sessions should:

  • Fit into one of the six conference content areas
  • Demonstrate changes made at the person, organization and programmatic level
  • Include innovative ideas or practices
  • Promote person-centered, quality of life perspectives
  • Share data that highlights success
  • Stimulate discussion

How to apply

Submit a session proposal by completing the online Call for Sessions survey.

Presenter key dates

  • January 5 – Call for sessions opens
  • February 8 at midnight CST – Call for sessions ends
  • March 13 – Submitters notified
  • March 20 – Submitters confirm session details
  • May 24 – Deadline for presenter’s to register
  • May 31 at noon CST – Electronic copy of session presentation due
  • June 21-22  – 2017 Odyssey Conference, Duluth Entertainment Convention Center
