Report: 34 Biz Expansions Create 1,100 MN Jobs

Thirty-four business expansions during the fourth quarter are expected to add about 1,100 new jobs in Minnesota. The fourth-quarter expansions brought the annual total to 146, which are expected to create nearly 8,000 jobs here.

Minnesota Water Technology Business Summit

The state's first water tech business summit will be Tues., March 25 in Eagan. One full day will feature high-level speakers from private industry, ecodev and government organizations as well as breakout sessions. Early registration ends Fri., March 21. The Minnesota Trade Office, Ecolab and Greater MSP are summit hosts.
