WF1 Access Forms - New Email Account

Dear Workforce One Users and Stakeholders,

I hope your days are going well.

As you may be aware, our Workforce One (WF1) access forms are found on DEED's website at: http://www.positivelyminnesota.com/All_Programs_Services/Minnesota_WorkforceOne_(WF1)/Minnesota_WorkForceOne_Tools/Minnesota_WorkforceOne_Forms.aspx. To streamline the processing of these forms, the WF1 team is asking that if you need to submit one of the access forms in the future, you consider submitting your completed, signed form via email. By scanning and emailing it rather than faxing or mailing it, you are helping ensure that it reaches the correct person in a timely manner. We have created a new email account for this purpose which is: workforceone.deed@state.mn.us. Please share this with any new WF1 users as they are likely not on our distribution list yet.

Please use this new email address only for access forms. Service desk tickets should still be submitted via the service desk at: http://www.positivelyminnesota.com/apps/survey/ticket.shtml. Likewise, change request forms should continue to be submitted via the online form at: http://www.positivelyminnesota.com/apps/survey/wf1change.shtml.

We will be updating the access forms to include the email address in the near future.
