WF1 Training for Existing System This Month and Next

Hello Workforce One Users, Security Administrators, Agency Contacts, Program Administrators, and Service Providers,
 
This announcement includes two different types of Workforce One (WF1) training for the current system. The training mentioned in this message is not for the rewrite; we will be in touch about that separately. Please read the full message if you are interested in upcoming WF1 training. Please pass this along to any new WF1 users in your agency or program as they most likely did not receive this message.
 
We will hold WF1 training for the Adult, Dislocated Worker, FastTRAC, Displaced Homemaker, Local Programs, Migrant Seasonal Farmworker, Youth and Veterans on Friday, October 18, 2013. This class will be held at the Hennepin North WorkForce Center located at 7225 Northland Drive; Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will cover WF1 structure, reports, ticklers, case notes, record manager functions, appointments, and searching for records.
 
To register for the WF1 basics class for the Adult, Dislocated Worker, FastTRAC, Displaced Homemaker, Local Programs, Migrant Seasonal Farmworker, Youth and Veterans, please send your (or if you are not the student, the student's) full name, agency, program (e.g. WIA Adult or Dislocated Worker), email address, phone number, and preferred date to geraldine.urbanski@state.mn.us. Please wait for an acknowledgment of which class you are in from Geraldine before attending the class.
 
On Friday, September 13, 2013, we will hold WF1 training for Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), Diversionary Work, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) at the Department of Human Services building in St. Paul. Class will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will cover WF1 structure, reports, ticklers, case notes, record manager functions, agency and staff referral queues, appointments, and searching for records.
