NOTIONS MARKETING
The State Rapid Response Team (SRRT) received a Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq. ("WARN") email from Notions Marketing, located at 517 Crofton St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507, informing us of the layoff of 1 remote worker in Minnesota.
According to the WARN notice, Notions Marketing experienced a fire at its warehouse on June 11, 2026, resulting in the immediate cessation of all warehouse operations. As a result, all employees who supported warehouse operations were permanently laid off effective June 28, 2026. The impacted workforce consists of employees who worked remotely from various locations across the United States.
This employee is not represented by a union. There are no bumping rights.
