Targeted Populations Capacity Building Competitive Grants
The Office of Adult Career Pathways, an office within the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, is soliciting applications for funding Capacity Building to eligible Minnesota community-based organizations to increase their capacity to provide workforce services and related training to historically underserved communities of color or low-income communities. Please note that the eligibility requirements for this round of the Targeted Populations Capacity Building Competitive Grants have been amended: there is no longer a $1 million organizational revenue cap.
Request for Proposals
Applications will be accepted on a continual basis until all funds have been awarded. Proposals must be received via email. Proposals should be submitted in .pdf format to acpgrants.deed@state.mn.us.

Targeted Populations - Diversity and Inclusion for Small Employers Competitive Grants
