One Minnesota Youth Survey Opportunity
One Minnesota Youth Survey
Minnesota State Government leaders would like to hear from young people with disabilities throughout our state to better understand their life experiences and the extent to which they feel included in Governor Walz’s One Minnesota promise. The Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) has engaged the Minneapolis based market research company, MarketResponse International, to survey students and young adults ages 13-22.
We want to be sure to include the voice of young people with disabilities in this study, and for that we need your help. Please copy and paste the following paragraphs and link to the online survey into an email, then send it to parent-advocates and young adults with disabilities in your area.
Parent-advocates, students and young adults with disabilities, are we living up to the One Minnesota Promise?
In Minnesota, we know we are all better off together... Diversity, inclusion, and equity are therefore essential core values and top priorities.
Whether the One Minnesota promise is actually achieved depends on all of us, not just the government. It all comes down to how we treat each other.
All results will remain confidential. None of your answers will be used to identify you, your school, place of work, or your community.
This online survey will be live throughout the month of June. Please forward this invitation and link to the survey at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for helping out!

ES-Coach
ES-Coach is a tool that was developed to help employment service providers better implement best practices for employment supports. Every day, each day at a different random time, the team of job developers and job coaches receive a text on their phones with three quick questions about their primary employment support activities. It takes less than a minute to respond. Watch this 1 min video. The responses then populate a dashboard allowing the manager and their team members to visualize their service delivery for reflection, goal setting, and action planning. ES-Coach is currently available at no cost thanks to a Kessler Foundation grant. To learn more and join, please visit www.es-coach.org.
