VRS Contracted Services Review Workgroup Update

Vocational Rehabilitation Services header

Dear VRS Community Partners,

The Contracted Services Review Workgroup has officially launched. This workgroup is comprised of members from various VRS offices and positions within the agency and is charged with overseeing the process of ongoing review of all contracted services on the Professional/Technical contracts. This workgroup’s scope includes making recommendations to Executive Leaders at VRS for proposed changes and creating updated service definitions and invoice and billing requirement documents. Rate setting and policy changes are outside the scope of this workgroup.

Members of the Contracted Services Review Workgroup will be reaching out to peers to solicit feedback on each service as it is reviewed. The Community Partnerships Team will solicit feedback from our Community Partners.

Thank you for your recent feedback on Intake for Hourly Services. An updated definition, sample report, and Best Practices document has been submitted to VRS Executive Leadership for review. Additionally, any feedback outside the scope of our workgroup has been shared with the appropriate groups and VR staff.
