Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time Law
Minnesota enacted a new law that went into effect on January 1 this year. Employers are required to provide workers with at least 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked. Review the Frequently Asked Questions on the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's website for more information.
