Tenant Resource Center: Maintaining Housing Stability for Hennepin County Tenants

The Tenant Resource Center, (TRC) supports Hennepin County residents who are at risk of eviction or homelessness through a collaborative partnership between community, non-profits, government, and higher education. The goal of the resource center is to help people maintain stability in their housing situation and avoid the “service run around” that sometimes comes with the need to access multiple community resources to ensure stability in housing.

Unlike the Hennepin Shelter Hotline, the Tenant Resource Center can assist renters before they are evicted.

To reach the Tenant Resource Center call (612) 767-9737 or email Housing.Assistance.triage@hennepin.us.
